BELLEVUE, Wash. — A man accused of threatening a boy with a knife in a restroom at Crossroads mall in Bellevue has been charged with kidnapping with sexual motivation.
The 19-year-old Bellevue man, David Harry Alumbaugh, was charged Wednesday in King County Superior Court and is held on $250,000 bail for his Oct. 7 arraignment.
Bellevue police say a man forced the boy into a stall Saturday and exposed himself. The man fled when someone else entered the restroom.
The suspect was arrested walking near the mall.
