At Longview City Councilman Ken Botero’s monthly roundtable discussion Tuesday, Longview Finance Director Kurt Sacha will present an analysis of the financial impacts that citizens’ Initiative 1033 would have on the city. Constituents also are invited to attend and talk about city issues.

The meetings are at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. at Java Joy Espresso, 1252 Commerce Ave., Longview.
