Longview police said a 21-year-old suspected drug dealer jumped from a second-story window Friday to escape Street Crimes unit officers, who were raiding his 20th Avenue apartment.
Jesse Federico Ibarra was found hiding in a nearby boat that was parked in a garage, according to a police report. He was booked into the Cowlitz County Jail on suspicion of three counts of selling/manufacturing heroin, three counts of delivery of heroin within 1000 feet of a school zone, possession of heroin, possession of meth, first-degree criminal trespass, obstructing and resisting arrest.
The Street Crimes unit said it used an undercover informant to buy heroin from Ibarra on three occasions this month. Inside the residence, police found 3.61 grams of heroin and 0.31 grams of meth as well as drug paraphernalia, a report said. Ibarra’s bail was set at $100,000.
Police also arrested Ibarra’s girlfriend, Stephanie Lynn Davidson, 20, on suspicion of meth possession, heroin possession and obstructing.
The couple share the apartment, at 1619 20th Avenue, with their 3-year-old daughter.
