Here's how each case stands

Here’s an update on how the cases stand:

Federal cases:

Richard Lambert Bopp, 27, Longview, pleaded guilty to three counts of distribution of oxycodone, distribution of oxycodone and hydromorphone (Dilaudid), and possession of oxycodone and hydromorphone with intent to distribute. Sentenced to one year in prison and six years’ supervised release.

Daniel James Fisher, 20, Kelso, pleaded guilty to distribution of hydrocodone, lorazapam and MDMA (Ecstasy). Sentenced to five months’ imprisonment and two years of supervised release.

Baron Isaac Neko Lohner, 22, Kelso, pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing methadone and one count of use of a telephone to facilitate a drug crime. Received two years’ probation.

Laura Toinette Macalalad, 31, Kelso, pleaded guilty to distribution of oxycodone, use of a telephone to facilitate a drug crime and distribution of oxycodone. Sentencing is Feb. 8.

Julie Schoonover, 36, Castle Rock, pleaded guilty to two counts of distribution of methadone and two counts of use of a telephone to facilitate drug crime. Received one year probation.

Bo Jeremy Storedahl, 21, Kelso, pleaded guilty to possession of oxycodone. Sentencing scheduled for Feb. 8. Charges of three counts of use of a telephone to facilitate a drug crime and two counts of distribution of oxycodone were dismissed due to fabricated evidence.

Jason Matthew Thomas, 36, Longview, pleaded guilty to three counts of distributing lorazepam (Ativan). Received one year probation.

Also, Tina M. Rivard, 40, of Kalama pleaded guilty to obstructing justice and conspiring to obstruct an official criminal proceeding. She admitted giving drug agents false information that led to Bo Storedahl’s arrest. Her sentencing is set for March 28. Her husband, Ryan Rivard, allegedly helped her and also could face federal charges, but he has not been charged yet.

State cases

Logan Patrick Aune, 24, Longview, pleaded guilty to delivery of oxycodone. Sentenced to two years in a residential drug offender sentencing alternative (DOSA) program.

Nolan Neal Benson, 22, Longview, pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of oxycodone. Sentenced to two years residential DOSA.

Michael Ray Brogan, 20, Medford, Ore., pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of oxycodone within a school zone and one count of delivery of marijuana within a school zone. Sentenced to one year in prison.

Tyler Owen Carpenter, 25, Longview, charged with delivery of methadone within a school zone. Trial date is March 31.

Anthony Raymond Crowder, 43, Longview, pleaded guilty to delivery of methadone. Sentenced to one year in prison.

Dallas Ryan DeLaGrange, 21, Longview, pleaded guilty to delivery of oxycodone. Is in drug treatment; if he successfully completes it he will avoid jail time. Sentencing is March 19.

Philip Jacob "PJ" Garcia, 20, Kelso, charged with delivery of oxycodone. Trial is March 26.

Kalina Jaye Goodwin, 23, Kelso, a charge of delivery of oxycodone was dismissed due to attorneys being unable to interview a key witness in a timely manner

Jesse Chayne Grewelle, 19, Clackamas, Ore., pleaded guilty to delivery of oxycodone. Sentenced to two years residential DOSA. Recently failed a urinalysis and was placed in a treatment facility.

Baron Lohner, 27, Kelso, one count of delivery of methadone (a different incident than the federal charges) was dismissed without prejudice, which gives prosecutors an option of renewing the case.

Robert Donald Maxwell, 47, Longview, pleaded guilty to delivery of cocaine. A charge of delivery of clonazepam was dismissed. Sentenced to one year in prison.

Randall Dale McDonald, 25, Kelso, charged with delivery of methadone within a school zone and delivery of cocaine. Trial is Feb. 20.

Brandon Martin Vern Reynolds, 22, Longview, pleaded guilty to delivery of hydrocodone. A charge of delivery of cyclobenzaprin was dismissed. Sentenced to three months in jail.

Lacy Lynn Richards, 21, Kelso, charged with delivery of oxycodone. Trial is Feb. 27.

Shane Patrick Shaw, 21, Castle Rock, pleaded guilty to delivery of methadone. Sentenced to one year in prison. Stephanie Ann Sparaco, 35, Longview, pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of methadone. Sentenced to one year in prison.

Eric Nickolas Shawn Steffen, 23, Longview, pleaded guilty to delivery of oxycodone. Sentenced to two years residential DOSA.

Jeremy Allen Wheeler, 20, Longview, charged with two counts of delivery of dihydrocodeinone. Trial is March 21.

Raleigh James Wiedenbeck, 21, Springfield, Ore., charged with delivery of oxycodone within a school zone. Trial is Feb. 25.

A 17-year-old Longview boy pleaded guilty in juvenile court to one count of narcotics delivery. A second count was dismissed. Sentenced to 30 days in the juvenile detention center.
