Century 21's Kinkade honored for leadership

Bill Kinkade of Century 21 Cascade Pacific Real Estate Co., recently received the National Leadership Award at the Mastermind Summit in Orlando, Fla. He was chosen among 40 finalists for the honor given "in recognition of the recruitment, training and coaching of new and experienced agents to extraordinary levels of personal achievement," according to a press release.
Kinkade and his wife, Sherri Adams, have owned Century 21 Cascade Pacific for 15 years. He is the chief executive officer, sales manager, trainer and coach for approximately 80 real estate agents.
Adams, who has 30 years of real estate experience, started the company under the name S/S Realty in Clark County. When she and Kinkade married 15 years ago, they decided to franchise under Century 21. Their main office is located in Salmon Creek, Wash. They opened offices in Woodland and Stevenson, Wash., in November 2003. Before Kinkade owned Century 21 Cascade Pacific, he owned Pacific Northwest Office Systems in Oregon for 12 years.
The couple have five adult children and 12 grandchildren.

The GuestHouse International Inn and Suites in Kelso has won three awards and was presented the honor of "2003 GuestHouse International Inn of the Year" at the GuestHouse International Annual Owners Conference held in Nashville, Tenn."
The hotel, under the direction of General Manager Larry Donnelly, also received the "Excellence in Guest Service" award, which is presented to the top 10 hotels that received the best guest experience comments on cleanliness, appearance and staff attitude, according to a press release. In addition, the Kelso property received the "Platinum Standard in Quality Assurance Award," which is presented to the hotel with the best quality assurance evaluation scores of all GuestHouse International hotels.
GuestHouse International Inns, Hotels and Suites, is an economy lodging chain.
